Cancer PALS Foundation

Community Partners

Cancer PALS works with healthcare organizations, nonprofits, businesses, service providers, and community leaders to expand support for people impacted by cancer.

Community Partners

Cancer PALS Foundation believes strong partnerships create stronger communities. By working together, we can expand access to education, prevention resources, survivorship support, caregiver assistance, wellness services, and quality-of-life support for people impacted by cancer.

We welcome mission-aligned partnerships with organizations, businesses, service providers, and community leaders who want to help reduce the burden of cancer in Arkansas.

Why partnerships matter

Cancer support often requires more than one organization can provide alone. Community partners help create a stronger safety net by sharing expertise, services, referrals, funding, space, volunteer support, education, or practical resources.

  • Expand prevention and education outreach
  • Support survivorship and caregiver services
  • Improve access to wellness and quality-of-life resources
  • Build community awareness
  • Strengthen rural and underserved support networks
  • Make events and programs possible

Partner expectations

Community partners are expected to act professionally, ethically, and respectfully. Partners should protect confidentiality, communicate honestly, follow applicable laws and regulations, maintain appropriate credentials or licenses when relevant, and provide safe, compassionate, evidence-informed services.

Cancer PALS seeks partnerships that align with our mission, values, and commitment to dignity, trust, and community-centered care.

Sponsorship and recognition

Sponsors and partners may be recognized through approved event materials, website content, social media, public appreciation, or educational collaborations when appropriate.

Use of the Cancer PALS name, logo, branding, or endorsement language should be approved by organizational leadership before publication. Partnerships should not imply exclusive endorsement unless formally authorized.

Conflicts of interest

Cancer PALS values transparency. Partners, board members, volunteers, and affiliated individuals should disclose relationships, financial interests, or personal connections that could create an actual or perceived conflict of interest.

Partnership decisions should be based on mission alignment, community benefit, ethical standards, and trust.
