If you are a patient, survivor, caregiver, or family member looking for help, visit Get Help to learn more about how Cancer PALS may be able to support you.

Please be thoughtful about what personal health information you include in email. Cancer PALS is committed to handling requests with care and confidentiality, but email may not be the best place to send detailed medical records or highly sensitive information.

Media and press inquiries

Cancer PALS values responsible storytelling, education, and public awareness. Media requests, interviews, public comments, photography, video, podcast invitations, and press inquiries should be coordinated through organizational leadership.

When sharing stories about patients, survivors, caregivers, volunteers, or families, privacy and consent are always important. Photographs, videos, testimonials, or identifying information should not be shared publicly without permission.

Emergency information

Cancer PALS Foundation does not provide emergency services and does not monitor email as an emergency line.
